Upon reserving a date for your party, we require
a non-refundable deposit of $150 to secure the Fireside Room. This
deposit is applicable everyday beginning at 4:00pm and will be subtracted
from your total bill at the end of your event. During the
summer months, if interested in renting the entire patio, we require
a $250 non refundable deposit. This fee will also hold The Fireside
Room for your party in the event that it rains.
Each party will be priced
out individually, based on the needs of your function. For parties
that will last more than 1.5 hours, we require a minimum of $600
to be spent inside the room which can be accomplished any way the
host chooses, (ie. a host check, individual bar tabs etc.) so that
we may properly staff the event and have prior knowledge of the
estimated volume of food and beverage that will be required to satisfy
your event. During the holiday season, (December & January)
or if renting the patio, the minimum requirement is raised to $800.
If your actual bill does not reach the minimum, the remaining sum
will be added onto your check. After planning your party,
a contract will be written by the Foreside Tavern to be reviewed
and signed by you so that all parties involved have a clear understanding
of what is expected. A gratuity of 18% will be added to your final
bill.
We are confident that the
food and service will speak for itself and, in the words of one

again in a heartbeat."
